oh yes I did just say that ya’ll know I live in Myrtle Beach where the summer is wild so heads up for readers of this blog through the summer time – possible foul language alert ! I’m sitting at the track where I just finished my first day of week two of the couch
It is done! Completed workout number three on the Couch 2 5K program today. Tried out a new trainer on the program today. Her name is Billie. Don’t like her as well as Constance. Constance was much more encouraging. Billie simply told me to jog. I may try out Johnny Dead for workout number 4.
Let me begin by making it clear- I am not in commitment mode. I’m going to do what I can, but I make no promises ’cause I don’t want to let anyone down- namely me! Now that the details are behind us, here’s what’s up for the summer. Please join me if you will.
