Quit multitasking? Are you crazy?

Today we talk about research from David Meyer, a cognitive scientist at the University of Michigan, where he serves as director of the Brain, Cognition and Action Laboratory. Based on his research and my own beliefs about authenticity, I’m asking you to stop multi-tasking.

Yes, I want you to stop multi-tasking; as in RIGHT NOW. If you’re getting ready to enjoy this Zap of Wynn while watching TV, texting, Pinning, Facebooking… stop everything. Take a deep breath and then click the play button. Give me your full attention. Then make a conscious decision about which activity you’ll engage in after the video.

I hope your next activity will be “Liking, Re-Tweeting, G+ing, or posting on LinkedIn” this video!

Ha- have a blessed week,
