‘Tis the season to be jolly. So, why the heck did I pick now to talk about assessment?! I know. Assessment can be a heavy topic that many folks don’t like to talk about, but listen up. Once you understand the common vocabulary of assessment and what I call the 2 arms of assessment, it really becomes a useful tool instead of a pain in the butt!

Yes, I did just say that. Mostly because I figured you were thinking it anyway.
