Word up?

The New Year is almost upon us. How do you get ready? Are you a resolutions gal? I’m so totally NOT! No, I’m just not into resolutions.

I do, however, enjoy selecting a word of the year. That happens to be the focus of our Zap today. I’m giving you the following link to an article by a Business Coach who I worked with, Christine Kane. She is the one who introduced me to this concept, so I thought it would be good to share the idea – straight from the horse’s mouth- so to speak. The article is from 2007, but don’t let that slow you down. Think of it as a classic piece! Here’s a link to her article. http://christinekane.com/resolution-revolution-a-better-way-to-start-your-year/

Enjoy the video today- I’m delivering a challenging to you. And, I put in a new cool graphic that I want you to see! How’s that for straight up honest? LOL

After you noodle on the challenge a bit, remember to come back and LEAVE YOUR COMMENT. I totally want to hear from you.
