It is done!
Completed workout number three on the Couch 2 5K program today.
Tried out a new trainer on the program today. Her name is Billie. Don’t like her as well as Constance. Constance was much more encouraging. Billie simply told me to jog. I may try out Johnny Dead for workout number 4. Here’s how they describe him:
“He’s a fiendish, brain-chasing zombie. He’ll captivate you and keep you motivated, but he might lose a limb along the way.”
I guess he’d be okay for a fan of The Walking Dead. I’m in!

Phew! I have no idea how that compares to others and I don’t care. These stats are mine. Woot Woot!
My inspirational friend messaged me today and said, “Your body made a child. It can put one foot in front of the other! Go run!”
