Week 2 Workout 2 of Couch to 5K
Woot Woot- don’t mind me while I toot my own horn.
Not as excited about the stats. Had to do it on the treadmill today. My son and I are out of town at a 3 day track meet. (Track for him- not me. Hell, I can’t even run longer than 2 minutes at a time yet.- And just so you know, he doesn’t run. He’s a fielder. Like mother like son.)
Made 2.09 miles on the exercise. Not too impressive, but I did it. Did you? Ha!
We are staying at the Hampton Inn. Where else would you find me? Hamptons are my home away from home. LOVE them…
One of the things I love the most about Hampton, besides the welcome carpet that proclaims “We’re Glad You’re Here,” is all the little encouragements they have posted all around. Seriously, have you ever stood at the coffee station and read the cup warmers? Each one has a little saying on it.
Only recently have I ventured into the exercise rooms and don’t you know, they have encouragement in there too! The proof is in the picture. Check me out. I did “Act” and I do “Feel Good” now.
Oh yeah, C2 5K – you and Hampton Inn my two best loves (outside of the hubbs, kids, dog…)
