Common Core State Standards and Everyday Math

I’ve been hearing A LOT of talk of teaching ONLY what is in the Common Core State Standards and nothing else.

I am VERY interested in hearing from Everyday Math users. What have you been instructed to do or not to do?

There are some things in EM that were very purposefully left in certain grade levels even though they are not found in those grade levels on CCSS; for example, money in kindergarten.

Please share what you have been hearing from your districts/other sources about teaching or not teaching concepts such as this down below.
